- Using the Engineering skill you can also make rods from better wood (they have better durability).
- Up to skill 60.0 you can only fish in the guard zone (you have no chance to catch anything better outside GZ anyway).
- Fishing chests from SOS bottles pays off in time only in larger numbers.
- Outside the guard zone it is worthwhile to fish only in places where you can really catch something (for greater efficiency you can make a macro only on the fields where are really fishes).
- To increase the skill you can use magic items that add skill fishing but they are destroyed insanely fast so consider whether it is really worth it.
