Recycler/en

The Recycler is a mysterious place south of the Ice Mage Guild, where for a small fee it is possible to combine the power of seven magical or rare items and resmelt them into another with a randomly generated bonus.

Notes

• Inserting seven items of the same type (e.g. knight sword) will create the same type again (knight sword).
• When using magic items of different quality (e.g. weak to strong), the result will be a magic item of quality within this range (potent) .
• Combining magic items of the same quality (e.g. powerful) will result in an item of the same quality (powerful).
• When combining rare items, the situation is more interesting, as seven items of the same quality (e.g. immense) will create a level higher quality (arcane).
• The magic item recycling stone cannot recycle items with "monumental" magic power (only lower). More about item power in the Items section

Item Properties

Each item (whether magical or crafted) has its own quality and damage status (durability). This then affects their use.

Different types of recycling

The magic stone can recycle different types of items. - magic items - requires 7 pieces - forgotten realms scroll - requires 3 pieces - runes - requires 3 same runes - runeword scroll - requires 3 RW scrolls - treasure mapsy - requires 3 treasure maps

Unlocking

Recycling magic items is automatically unlocked. All other types have to be unlocked by finishing specific quests.
