Priest je především léčitel a podpora skupin při průchodu sklepením. Disponuje nejsilnějším léčením, protekčnímy kouzly a dokáže oživovat mrtvé hráče. Také má posilující kouzla a další užitečná kouzla. Priest má velký vliv na skupinovou hru a dokáže zachránit mnoho situací jak v PvM, tak v PvP, kde dokáže zásadně ovlivnit průběh mnoha střetů. Je však závislý na dalších hráčích a vzhledem k jeho slabým schopnostem útočit je skoro neschopný sólovat. Priest musí kromě party, dobře hlídat i sebe, jelikož se často stává terčem jak v PvP, tak v PvM (v PvM dokáže silným healem převzít aggro).
Jak se stát
Abyste se stali priestem, musíte být Cleric na 10. úrovni. Navštivte Augustina, Classmastera v cechu priestů do kterého se dostanete díky převozníkovi jménem Lars. Požádejte ho o “join” a opakujte po něm “I shall protect the purity of Endor. There shall be no darkness in the Light.”.

Výbava
Priestova úplně základní výbava se skládá pouze z bandáží a regů, avšak také je vhodné mít alespoň cure potiony a hypnotické ornamenty. Zbraně příliš nepotřebuje, k jejich využití dochází převážně na nízkém levelu nebo v PvP. Avšak kvalitní zbroj dokáže priestovi usnadnit hraní, protože na sebe silným léčením dokáže upoutat pozornost hráčů i monster. Základní výbavu lze koupit u npc obchodníků (vendorů) či hráčů (craftsmanů). Existují také různé magické předměty (zbroje, zbraně, atd.) s různými vylepšujícími vlastnostmi, více o nich v sekci magické předměty.
Zbraně
Když už na to dojde, tak priest může bojovat s jakoukoliv tupou zbraní, kterými jsou kladiva, palcáty a hole a k jednoručním zbraním vzít do ruky i štít. Jeho maximum skillu parry a staves je však nižší, proto většinou preferuje pouze obouruční kladivo. Také může kouzlit s holí nebo knihou. Pokud postava nedosáhne potřebné úrovně pro nošení zbraně, má mizivou šanci trefit svůj cíl.
Zbroje
Priest může používat skoro všechny zbroje (výjimkou jsou mágovské róby). Nejčastěji však využívá platemail/ringmail/chainmail armor nebo jejich kombinaci do PvM, kde je žádoucí mít větší armor. A do PvP využívá kombinaci chainmailu s ringmail armorem, aby jeho armor nebyl příliš nízký ani vysoký (kvůli munici a kouzlům způsobující vyšší poškození do armoru).

Pro priesta nemá žádný ze statů zásádní význam, avšak často využívá kouzlení, při kterém mu pomáhá inteligence, která zlepšuje jeho množství many, obnovu many a útočná kouzla. Výběr rasy záleží na osobních preferencích. Např. elf má nižší sílu (má méně životů a horší nosnost), avšak má vyšší obratnost (lepší uhýbání útokům) a inteligenci (má více many, lepší mana regen a silnější poškození kouzly). K posouzení slouží tabulka níže se staty na 30. a 35. levelu. Hráči často využívanou rasou pro priesta je elf či drow.
