• Buy instruments from Tinkers and sheet music from Medey Library ( 903 3390 ).

• Bring the entire list back to the Herald.

Tips

• You will need to move Tinkers around all cities to get all the tools (10 in total), each tinker has a maximum of 1 piece of each tool.
