You can become a Berserker if you are a fighter at level 10. Visit Vermithrax, the Classmaster in the Berserker Guild, which you can get to thanks to Lars the ferryman. Ask the classmaster to "join" and repeat "Fury in my soul, blood on my weapon" after him.
