Spirit Speak is a skill that allows a player to talk to the ghosts of other players. Without activating this skill, players only see OoooOoOo, and also without the dead player's warmode, they don't see the ghost. With a skill level of 70%, you see the player's ghost even without activating the skill. From a skill level of 100%, you understand the ghost passively.
